Four things to plan before you book

01

Start with your arrival

Choose your hotel or pickup address first. Toronto and airport transfers add travel time before sightseeing. For flights, share your flight number and allow time for arrival formalities and luggage.

02

Choose a comfortable pace

Pick one or two must-see experiences and leave room for photos, walking and meal stops. A shorter tour suits the main Falls viewpoints; a longer day leaves room for Niagara-on-the-Lake.

03

Plan tickets and meals

Your private tour and attraction admission are separate unless your booking terms include them. Check operator availability before buying tickets. Share dietary preferences and confirm allergies with the restaurant.

04

Prepare for the day

Bring comfortable footwear, a weather-appropriate layer, a charged phone and water. Allow for mist near the Falls. Tell your guide about walking limitations, child seats and luggage before booking.
