Information collected
Booking forms collect your name, contact details, country, tour date, guest count, preferred guide language, pickup and flight details, luggage and optional food preferences, allergies and notes. The service records booking and payment status, request timestamps, campaign source labels supplied in your booking link and a hashed network address for abuse prevention. Do not submit passport numbers, card details or unnecessary medical information.
Why it is used
Information is used to assess your request, arrange pickup and vehicle needs, tailor the itinerary, confirm payment and communicate about the tour. Dietary and access details are optional and are used only for the arrangements you request. Submitting a reservation does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and email
Booking records are stored with the website hosting provider. Stripe processes payment-card information; this website does not collect card numbers. When email delivery is connected, reservation details are sent to our reservations team through the configured email provider. Only information needed to arrange a requested service should be shared with a restaurant or other operator. Providers may process information outside Canada.
Private links and security
Your private reservation link gives access to the trip summary. Keep it private. Administrator access is restricted and stored service credentials are encrypted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Booking records are retained for service delivery, accounting and dispute handling as needed. Ask us to access or correct your information, withdraw optional consent or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations; we will explain any applicable limitation.
Cookies and external sites
The hosting platform and payment provider may use necessary session and security technologies. This website has no added advertising tracker. Links to hotels, restaurants and attractions lead to independent sites with their own privacy practices.
