Booking and full payment
Choose an available date, package and transfer locations, then review the final CAD total and package terms before paying through Stripe. Full verified payment is required for confirmation. A pending payment or custom enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Package duration and group size
The solo package is for one guest and includes 3 sightseeing hours. Highlights includes 4 hours, Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake includes 7 hours, and After Dark includes 2.5 hours. Group packages accommodate up to five guests, including children. Toronto and airport transfer time is additional to sightseeing time.
Start times and pickup
The displayed time is the sightseeing start in Niagara local time (America/Toronto). Submit an accurate hotel address, flight details and international contact number. Airport and Toronto meeting arrangements must be agreed with the guide. Waiting charges, if applicable, must be disclosed in your booking terms before payment.
Inclusions and extras
Private guiding, the tour vehicle and Niagara Falls hotel pickup are included in the package price. Selected transfer charges are added before checkout. Meals, attraction tickets, parking at optional stops and other extras are included only when expressly stated in your booking terms. Applicable tax treatment is shown before purchase.
Passenger needs
Tell us about luggage, child-seat and access needs before booking so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. The standard car has six seats including the driver. Larger groups require a custom quote and confirmation of rental availability.
Custom tours
Custom routes, groups above five and unusual pickup locations require review. The written quote specifies the itinerary, duration, vehicle, price and cancellation terms. Payment follows your acceptance of that quote.
Changes and third-party attractions
Weather, traffic and closures may require itinerary adjustments. Admission, accessibility, opening hours and participation requirements are controlled by each attraction. Ask us before buying separate attraction tickets tied to a specific time.
