Choose the correct arrival location
We offer Canadian pickups, including Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Hamilton (YHM) and a mainland meeting point for Billy Bishop (YTZ), plus downtown Toronto. Check the airport code on your ticket. A flight labelled Toronto may use a different airport from the one you expected. Cross-border pickups are not offered.
Separate landing time from pickup time
Landing is only the start of your arrival process. Allow for immigration, baggage collection and reaching the agreed meeting point. Enter your flight number, arrival date and local arrival time in the form. Avoid booking a rigid attraction admission immediately after a flight; delays can affect the entire plan.
Tell us what is travelling with you
Include the number of adults and children, large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and child-seat needs. Passenger seating and luggage capacity are separate considerations. For a larger family or many bags, ask for a vehicle assessment before paying so the correct vehicle can be arranged.
Understand the tour and transfer price
Choose pickup and drop-off separately: each can add a charge to the displayed package total. Sightseeing hours belong to the tour; airport and Toronto travel time is additional. The start time you choose is for sightseeing in Niagara. Your airport meeting time and any waiting arrangement must be agreed separately.
Prepare your arrival-day contact plan
Provide a phone number with country code and an email you can access while travelling. Save the booking details and agreed meeting instructions offline. Confirm how to reach the guide if your flight changes. Check your own entry-document requirements with the relevant government before travelling; a tour booking does not establish permission to enter Canada.
