Plan around your family’s energy
Choose two main priorities and treat everything else as optional. Put the most important stop earlier in the day, before tiredness builds. Allow space for snacks, washrooms and an unplanned rest. A short, enjoyable visit often works better than a day of back-to-back tickets.
Confirm the vehicle before paying
Every child counts toward the passenger total. Our standard group packages carry up to five guests, with the driver in the sixth seat. Tell us children’s ages, child-seat needs, stroller size and luggage volume before booking. Do not assume that five passengers plus several large bags will fit; a larger rental vehicle needs a custom quote.
Match activities to the people travelling
Check each attraction’s current height, age and participation requirements before buying tickets. Share any need for shorter walks, fewer stairs or a quieter pace with the guide. For noise or sensory concerns, ask the attraction directly about the experience and available accommodations; quieter conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Leave room for food and weather
Carry familiar snacks and water, and schedule a meal before everyone becomes hungry. Layers and a waterproof jacket are useful around mist and changing weather. Keep a dry change of clothes available if your chosen activity involves spray. Ask your restaurant about allergies rather than relying only on a menu label.
Keep a flexible backup
Have one indoor option ready, such as the Butterfly Conservatory or Power Station, subject to operating hours. Agree on a meeting point and how you will contact the guide if your group separates. A private itinerary can be paced around your family, but changes still depend on the booked duration and any timed tickets.
